William Kwai Sun Chow (July 3, 1914 - September 21, 1987) Was an American/Hawaiian martial art instructor who helped in the development of martial arts in Hawaii in the early 1930. William K.S. Chow along with James M. Mitose would work together to develop the foundation of the Kenpo system.
